1. Purpose of this Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a participant of the BOLD Ecom 1:1 Coaching Program may be eligible to request a partial refund. By enrolling in the program, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

2. Refund Eligibility Window
Refund requests are only considered after the participant has completed a minimum of three (3) consecutive months in the program. Requests submitted prior to this period will not be reviewed or processed. This timeframe exists because the BOLD Ecom 1:1 Coaching Program is a performance-based mentorship designed to generate meaningful business outcomes through consistent implementation over time. Early stages of the program focus on foundational setup, product validation, and advertising systems that typically require several weeks to yield measurable results.
Accordingly, any request made before the three-month mark would not allow sufficient time for participants to apply the strategies, receive personalized feedback, and experience the effects of the coaching process in a fair and objective manner.

3. Maximum Refund Amount
Eligible refunds are limited to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the total program fee paid (unless the request is made within the first 3 days of joining the program).

4. Acceptable Grounds for Refund
Refund requests may be approved only in the following circumstances:
The participant’s decision to withdraw for personal reasons, such as financial hardship or other personal circumstances beyond their control.
The participant provides reasonable proof that BOLD Ecom failed to deliver the services as outlined in the program (e.g., missing calls, lack of access to materials, or absence of coaching delivery).
Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of dissatisfaction or perceived lack of results, as program outcomes depend on individual effort, implementation, and consistency.

5. Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a refund, the participant must meet all of the following conditions within the first three (3) months of the program:
Completion of 100% of all course modules and materials included in the program.
Attendance at a minimum of six (12) weekly group coaching calls during the first three months.
Completion of at least two (6) one-on-one coaching sessions during the first three months.
Active engagement with the program’s tools, templates, and Notion workspace.
Demonstration of consistent effort and communication with their assigned coach.
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in immediate ineligibility for a refund.

6. Refund Request Procedure
Participants requesting a refund must follow the process below:
Submit a written request via email to [email protected] with the subject line: “BOLD Ecom Refund Request.”
Include the following details:
Full name
Email address used for enrollment
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request
Proof of course completion, call attendance, and engagement as outlined above
Requests must be submitted no later than 15 days after the 3-month eligibility period has ended.

7. Review and Evaluation
Upon receiving the refund request, the BOLD Ecom team will conduct a thorough review to verify eligibility and supporting documentation. Additional information may be requested from the participant.
A decision will be communicated within seven (7) business days of receiving all required materials.

8. Refund Decision and Processing
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within ten (10) business days of approval.
Refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Dobbins Marketing LLC, based on compliance with this policy.

9. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Failure to complete all program requirements as listed in Section 5.
Requests made prior to the three-month eligibility period.
Requests made after the allowable submission period.
Dissatisfaction with the program content or perceived results without supporting evidence of non-delivery.
Failure to actively participate or communicate with the assigned coach.

10. Performance Guarantee Disclaimer
The BOLD Ecom 1:1 Coaching Program includes a separate performance guarantee related to program outcomes. This guarantee is not a monetary refund policy and operates independently from the terms stated herein.
